In this class, you will learn how yoga can help you relax, reduce stress, and ease discomfort often associated with pregnancy (shortness of breath, nausea, lower back pain etc.). Building strength through yoga helps pregnant women prepare for an easier and more comfortable labor and delivery. You will learn how to modify yoga postures in regular, non prenatal yoga classes that you may attend throughout your pregnancy. Yoga can help you connect with your growing baby as well as build a community of other pregnant women and moms-to-be.
