In this class, you will get a taste of how yoga can help you relax, reduce stress, and ease discomfort often associated with pregnancy (shortness of breath, nausea, lower back pain etc.). Building strength through yoga helps pregnant women prepare for an easier and more comfortable labor and delivery. Yoga can help you connect with your growing baby as well as build a community of other pregnant women and moms-to-be.
Prenatal Yoga classes are designed for expectant mothers at all stages of pregnancy. Yoga newbies and experienced practitioners are welcome!
