This will be a special “cozy” prenatal yoga class in my home. Space is limited so it will be a small group where we will have time for questions, birth affirmations/visualizations, reiki touch and chanting with my harmonium.
In prenatal yoga you will learn how yoga can help you relax, reduce stress, and ease discomfort often associated with pregnancy (shortness of breath, nausea, lower back pain etc.). Building strength through yoga will help you prepare for an easier and more comfortable labor and delivery. Yoga can help you connect with your growing baby as well as build a community of other pregnant women and moms-to-be.
